Caleb Acquisitions, LLC (Caleb) is part of a national movement to restore unproductive properties and create healthy communities. Caleb was created to facilitate the restoration and development of abandoned or underutilized properties that have perceived or real environmental conditions (Brownfield’s). We began in 1998 by acquiring Brownfields ourselves.

Although Caleb has developed properties with residential, office, and commercial uses, due to various technical and financial criteria, we have decided to focus on developing our properties with self storage facilities. By being a developer ourselves, we have experienced the issues and challenges that developers face in achieving their goals. Therefore, Caleb also provides real estate development related services such as the approval and implementation of development plans, project management of environmental and construction activities, and assistance in securing private and government funding.
