Caleb Acquisitions, LLC (Caleb) is part of an organization that also includes Drake Environmental, Inc.

Caleb is called to acquire to facilitate the restoration and development of abandoned or underutilized properties that have perceived or real environmental conditions (Brownfield’s).

Drake provides environmental, geotechnical, and development consulting services, being responsible for all aspects of evaluating and correcting any environmental or geotechnical conditions that exist, as well as real estate development related services such as the approval and implementation of development plans, project management of construction activities, and assistance in securing state and federal grants.
