Caleb Acquisitions, LLC (Caleb) is called to acquire and develop abandoned or underutilized properties that have perceived or real environmental conditions (Brownfields). Since 1998, Caleb has acquired many properties across Wisconsin, ranging from 2-acre industrial sites to a 102-acre landfill. At Caleb, we contribute our success to the true living God and the power and authority of our savior Jesus Christ.

Recognizing that “where there is no vision, the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18), much time has been invested in prayer to receive God’s vision for Caleb. The importance of operating under God’s vision is clear in Habakkuk 2:2 where He says “Write the vision that he may run that reads it”.

The following constitutes the Vision of Caleb:

Love the Lord God with all our heart, soul, and mind; and love your neighbor as yourself.

We believe that restoring abandoned or underutilized properties to their full potential benefits not only the environment, but the property owners and the community, which in turn demonstrates love to God and love to our neighbor.

We strive to carry out this vision with every property we acquire, and we encourage anyone who may be aware of such properties to contact Caleb.
